Almost There!

As I lay here with just 2 more nights with Eric, I can't help but be sad, but be excited all at the same time! I have all of these amazing hair band, now elle<3bands, collections coming in and ready to sell next week, I'm building business practices everyday and getting more organized than I've ever been, and I have a wonderful and super supportive fiance who believes in me and that makes this all worth it! I can't wait to get started and see him again in January! (oh yeah, he gets to come back for a month in January! Yay!!) Love you guys! Thank you for believing in me too! =)

Introducing elle bands!

So I've been working to come up with a name for my hair bands. I've gone through it all! I've finally decided to call them elle bands! Elle stands for Erin Leigh Lannon (Eric). Thought it was was fitting! Stay tuned for a possible full company name change after my nuptials.  =)

Out of Town - With good reason!

Well, this week I'm out of town because after 6 agonizing months, my fiance and I are finally able to see each other! I will be in Huntsville, AL for 9 days! He's been on assignment in Turkey with the Air Force and will be until May of 2014! It's extremely hard but he's totally worth it! I can't wait for him to come home for good! However I'm still working on my hair ties and adding new things to my etsy shop! Getting ready to start the hair tie launch! Extremely excited! Especially since I've received a couple of wholesale orders! Can't wait to show you all of them!

Who doesn't love these hair ties? I've been measuring, snipping, coordinating, and loving this hair tie making! So many colors and patterns to choose from! Naming the collections is by far my favorite part! Each collection is a color pallet inspiration from my art which makes it even more exciting! I have tons of patterns on the way and endless possibilities. At this time the greek collection will have to wait until licensing can be worked out! As of now here is the pricing schedule:

Hair Ties - The BEST ever!

Last Christmas my mom gave me a set of hair ties that I'd never seem or heard about. I tried them out & immediately became OBSESSED! Something so simple, yet versatile, & stylish! I made a new friend recently who is opening up a boutique in town called Pretty Posh Boutique! I was fortunate enough to create her business sign which turned out beautiful! While creating her sign I started thinking of things I could add to my business. As I was searching for a hair tie to keep my hair out of the paint, I reached for my emi-jay hair tie & VOILA! They are extremely hard to find but easy to make! The color combinations are what inspire a lot of my paintings so I looked into it! Guess what? Starting August 1 I will start offering my own line of hair ties. Still deciding on a name for them but until then I'm extremely excited to offer these to my customers & hopefully to the customers at Pretty Posh Boutique!

Update!

Oh my word! I almost forgot I had a blog! So many new items! So much has changed! I've introduced the world of burlap into my life! From door hangers to wreaths to bows! I'm also doing emi-jay hair ties! These are the absolute best hair ties and the colors are what inspired me to do them! You should see these available in August!
